If the issue doesnt warrant a safety hazard or cause a problem with the living conditions of the house to where it could cause legal problems if not fixed then they will do their best not to fix it. Longest record for them to fix something is going on 2 years now for a simple fix. The appliances are old and shoddy and will likely need a burner replaced or manual watch to make sure a dial doesnt get stuck and run up your electricity. During inspections it is expected that a membe of the federAL safety commission could come in and lick your walls and not get dirt or anything as teeny food specks caused by splashed water or small rub marks are grounds for failed inspection. Place works in a pinch but dont expect much and be ready to document anythin because you will encounter some shady practices since its not big business.more ...hide ...
