2022-08-06T11:19:09ZThe property is under new management and expecting to make some great changes in which Im looking forward to I just recently moved here and so far Im pleased the only downside to the units and property to me are the appliances they are very much outd The property is under new management and expecting to make some great changes in which Im looking forward to I just recently moved here and so far Im pleased the only downside to the units and property to me are the appliances they are very much outdated people in the neighborhood play loud music and cars speed in the development parking is very limited if you have over three vehicles it sucks because you are only allowed three passes which means you wont have a place to place your other cars without them being towed and having to pay a tow fee no overflow parking lot for family to park and stay if they come to visit you overnight without you having to worry about their car being towed Very spacious townhomes to fit most family needs I cant write too much because Im fairly new to the neighborhood and havent experienced to much but so far Im happy I dont want to forget to mention Mrs Amanda the new property manager is on top of everything and is amazing Good luck if you decide to move here so far I can say youll be pleased outside of the things I mentioned Ill revisit this page and write a new review if other things come about either good or bad more ... hide ...

2022-07-21T14:58:24ZWhen I moved in this community 2019 I loved it especially when I first had an issue and Shannon worked it out very fast Three months into our stay there things starting breaking one after the other and nothing was being done We put work orders in and When I moved in this community 2019 I loved it especially when I first had an issue and Shannon worked it out very fast Three months into our stay there things starting breaking one after the other and nothing was being done We put work orders in and no one comes then we go in to check and they say completed on it Then COVID hit and things became worst We spent a week in 2021 eating frozen meals because our cooker was spiking Work orders put in and it takes them 3 weeks to come and cut and patch the wires We use it for another 2 weeks and it start spiking fire again It took 6 months to have it fixed Same thing with the washer and dryer Earlier this year our AC was broken We were told the whole unit was bad and needed to be changed and we were going to get window fans for the first heat wave we had before the summer It never happened We had a weekend of 95 temperatures with no AC and no window units with kids in the house A unit was finally brought after my husband threatened to call those in control of housing in spotsylvania Its been one thing or the other since we moved in It would be a very nice community if they would update most of their appliances or hire people in the office that can answer the phones or even reply to emails Not forgetting g when my car was towed from my parking spot and Amanda told me I was parked in the wrong spot right infront of my door Just happen Im out of there If you get a place in this community you have to be a fighter to get things done Also there is alot of weed smoking in the playground in the evenings and cops are also frequent in the area Hipe the new company that bought the community changes things up better not only the rent theyre going to be increasing more ... hide ...

2021-06-11T14:08:06ZI have been here going on 5 years No problems other then with management I have been having issues with my air and heating for years It takes them forever to come out because they only have 2 maintenance men And now they use COVID for an excuse They I have been here going on 5 years No problems other then with management I have been having issues with my air and heating for years It takes them forever to come out because they only have 2 maintenance men And now they use COVID for an excuse They come out and fix and it last for a couple weeks and break again When I put my hand over the vents it would be blowing out like its just a fan Not cooling or heating They would keep pumping it with Freon but not addressing the main issueMy daughters room is like a freezer in the winter and a sauna in the summer I was told to use the emergency setting on my thermostat which increased my utility billI had to call corporate several times and thats an unpleasant experience as well The unit has been replaced and they still had to come out after the fact Pumping it with more Freon I asked Amanda and Corporate to assist with overage on my electric bill Amanda told me to send me the bills so she could work something out After I sent her responsennThank you for sending these bills However due to the months they were higher winter months this is to be expected We did have your unit replaced and using emergency heat occasionally for the time frame in which you reported the heat and when we were able to replace does not justify us giving any creditnnI Called Corporate I dont know why This is what she sent back nMy regional reviewed your electric account and the account is not in your name of anyone under contract at Salem Fields Due to this we are unable to give a creditnnAmanda BencsnnMy response nnThats my father name who was on the lease before passing and Im an authorized user on the accountnAmanda you are full of it Im not going to go back and forth with you any longer on thisnIt will just become a bigger headache that it already was Its ridiculous that it took years for your company to even get this issued resolved All you can to is be apologetic because thats what you do in customer service If Im averaging 150170 a month with a accurate running system thats fine with me But the unit was faulty and it jumped over the average because I had to use the emergency feature to cool heat my house and thats a problem and Im sure you know that But anyway you have a good evening nnShannon is so pleasant to deal with and does what the property manager should be doing Amanda is in the way always putting notices on the door saying inspection pest control or power washing is taken place on a certain day And it dont happen on that date Im glad I work from home now because now I can see the negligence more ... hide ...
