I put in work orders back before the pandemic hit that still have not been completed Everytime I call the rent office Im told we will send someone out and no one ever comes Everytime I look out my window I see maintenance men just sitting in their go I put in work orders back before the pandemic hit that still have not been completed Everytime I call the rent office Im told we will send someone out and no one ever comes Everytime I look out my window I see maintenance men just sitting in their go carts on the phone or either in front of the maintenance shed just talking My work orders are for things that pose a safety risk but thats not a concern to them Also the apartment complex has trash every where There are groups of boysmen that hang in front of the buildings and all over the stairs Even with the renovations of these apartments its not worth all the bad things that comes with it Trust me find somewhere else to live it will save you stress in the long run more ... hide ...

My apartment was just renovated prior to moving in so no complaints thereeverything inside was brandnew and most apartments out here either have already been or are on the schedule to be renovated The people at the office are awesome The lady was on My apartment was just renovated prior to moving in so no complaints thereeverything inside was brandnew and most apartments out here either have already been or are on the schedule to be renovated The people at the office are awesome The lady was on top of my paperwork and very professional and actually got me in a couple days early They are also very easy to work with regarding late rent and actually try to help you and your situation by offering programs to apply for rental assistance My only complaints would be the noise from time to time not enough sometimes or assigned parking and the tenants here can be a bit trashy literally I also have had three flat tires in the past 11 months from the renovations Last but not least I feel like weve been gypped off on our amenitiesthe pool and the clubhouse have neither been open the 11 months Ive been here Im not sure if its due to Covid or the renovations or both but needless to say our rent didnt go down any from not having access to them more ... hide ...
