We just moved in here and Mary has helped us in everything the property looks clean Everything is going great

ive been living here for 7 months now the experience has been fine i usually go to Mary if i ever have a concern she has been the best so far and helps so much

Dont not move here the management is bad barely in the office The parking lot is infested with HUGE rats and the apartments have mice they just tell you to lay mice traps down and dont do anything about it

During all these years, we have encountered many wonderful and helpful managers. However, the most patient and extraordinary manager we have had the pleasure of working with, and are currently experiencing, is Mrs. Natalia. We had several repairs/fixes to do prior to the pandemic. We gave her an extensive list of major and minor repairs to be performed. The way Natalia took care of everything by searching for prices, conversing with contractors, scheduling according to our timeline, and displaying tremendous patience throughout the process was remarkable. Because of Natalia's sincerity and commitment, we are still able to relish our stay at the Fields of Old Town. Natalia is an extraordinary manager who comprehends her residents' situations and is able to accurately discern what her community needs and when. We are grateful to have her as the property manager.
