It is very difficult to get a hold of the leasing office. Most of the time it is either no response at all or being transferred to a sister property. Poor customer service. Secondly, our identity and credit has been, and is still is being used, to open credit and mortgage accounts that are not ours, therefore presenting a situation where our own identity is being questioned. In response, Kings grant has denied our application based upon our credit report. In addition, King Grant has collected $80 in application fees on our first application for an apartment at Kings Grant, has lost our first application with our documents, and could not give ne an answer of whether our first application was approved or denied. Kings Grant asked us to complete a second application, collected an additional amount of $80 in application fees again, and then denied our application for the apartment.more ...hide ...
