I lived my apartment. Lived at westgate for 15 months and i loved how neighbors did their own thing. No one complained about each other and only said their €œhello€™s€ when we would pass by each other. Enough parking for visitors without the need of getting a pass. Loved the dog pick up stations and playgrounds close by. I had a laundry unit in my building so that was nice instead of walking to a neighbor building. I do miss this neighborhood now that I€™ve moved (left to be closer to work/family) definitely affordable living compared to anywhere else.

I was very happy to call The Point at Manassas home for 13 months. The community is very well organized and situated back and away from the business of 234 and I-66 yet still close enough to both highways to not make commuting feel like a chore, while still feeling secluded enough to feel like youre in a neighborhood community. The apartments are well maintained and despite the occasional call-in to maintenance to fix something. Everyone in the leasing office but especially Justin were always amazing and extremely helpful. My only major problem that I had was the community was a bit on the expensive side, with prices only increasing as time went on, even if its more endemic of the DC Metro Area than the fault of the community itself. I moved because I wanted a change of scenery in my life but I would recommend the community to anyone in a heartbeat. Definitely give this place a consideration!
