After Kim and the boy assumed control of the site, living there became a terrible experience.1.) The boy would congregate with other senior tenants and talk in a malicious way about me and some of the other individuals.

Royal Arms was one of the finest apartment complexes in Front Royal. Then they employed some callous individuals in their office. What they are doing to the tenants now is terrible. They do not take care of anything. I h
