I recently moved into Ferncliff South I like my 2 BR apartment very much Thats the only reason for my 3 stars But the building I moved into has got to be THE WORST building in this place The family that lives above me Im on the second floor has got t I recently moved into Ferncliff South I like my 2 BR apartment very much Thats the only reason for my 3 stars But the building I moved into has got to be THE WORST building in this place The family that lives above me Im on the second floor has got to be the loudest wildest rudest people in this entire complex The kids literally stomp the their floor repeatedly so hard that it rattles the light fixtures on my ceiling rattles the stove eyes on my stove I feel the strong vibrations in my feet on my floor I often wonder if my downstairs neighbor hears this and thinks its me The adults upstairs argue scream and cuss each other almost on a daily basis right in front of the kids Oh and about 3 or 4 days after I moved in I found a bullet hole in one of my living room windowsnI spent about months in an apartment on the North side a little over a year ago and it was NOTHING like this I was so very disappointed to discover the South side is nothing like the North I really regret not waiting a little longer for an apartment to be available on the North side Im living in hell on a daily basisnIf youre thinking about moving to Ferncliff stay away from the South side Particularly building F more ... hide ...

However, the structure I moved into has to be the worst in the complex. However, the structure I moved into has to be the worst in the complex. The family who lives above me on the second floor is the noisiest, most unruly, and discourteous group in the whole complex. The kids stomp the floor so hard that it shakes the ceiling light fixtures, stove eyes, and I even feel the vibrations in my feet. I worry that the downstairs neighbor might think it's me. The adults quarrel, yell, and swear at each other in front of the children. Just three or four days after I arrived, I noticed a bullet hole in one of my living room windows. A few months ago, I lived in an apartment on the North side and it was nothing like this. I'm deeply disappointed that the South side is nothing like the North. I'm regretting not having waited longer for an apartment on the North side. I'm living in an absolute nightmare every day. It is not especially noisy and they are relatively quick with the maintenance. The management is helpful and friendly. Two of the previous managers are no longer working here, and I have already noticed the change that Jill has implemented. The maintenance staff are also pretty great. My AC went out in June on a Thursday night and that Friday was expected to be in the upper 90s. We put in a service request and called and left a voice mail. Jill emailed back as soon as she was in office, mentioned that she put in a service request as well and that she would make sure maintenance came and saw us first thing. Maintenance was here by 8 am and the ac was fixed by 9 am. which was great because I work nights and needed to go to bed not stay up and wait.Thank you WestCreek staff. more ... hide ...
