Theyre funny on the rent , we have to now pay rent online due to COVID-19 that started LAST YEAR! , when I pay it online before rent is due they still say my rent is late so thats extra money that has to be paid because once again theyre too lazy to open the office to let people come in and pay rent dueOverall they need new management because Wellesley Woods barely standing now with the management they have now. When I moved here my must-haves was had to have a washer and dryer and my unit and I needed to be on I dont even know where to start but I have been living here for a year now in this place is not what I thought it was. When I moved here my must-haves was had to have a washer and dryer and my unit and I needed to be on the first floor well since Ive been here a year my washer and dryer only has worked two and a half months out of the 12 months I have to live here. Their maintenance crew that they had originally abruptly and quit without any notice. Now I have to spend money twice a week to go to a laundromat and wash my clothes. The property is always dirty full of trash because of the neighborhood children is trashing the area. I feel like Im living in the projects right now I do not recommend anyone to move here.
