I have also noticed the staff helping themselves to the bread provided on Saturdays. The condition of the apartments are unkept, as maintenance has to make repairs that should have been completed prior to a resident moving in. If you have another option for a living arrangement besides this place, you should consider that. I am on my way out. I do not believe this property management has seniors best interest at heart.more ...hide ...

the biggest problem is the parking spaces they are very small people cars be getting hit no thought went into that part of management when building the complex then they try to control everything you do in your apartmentthe biggest problem is the parking spaces they are very small people cars be getting hit no thought went into that part of management when building the complex then they try to control everything you do in your apartment you cant even live comfortably and i feel that is so sad when you pay rent they try to tell you what you cant have on your balcony this will be our last year staying out there im a grown man and i wont be treated like im a child telling me what i can and cant do when its not even serious i understand if what your doing is a problem like if a fire code is being broke or something that is a problem i just feel the management team put there attention in all the wrong places like why are you worrying about whats on somebody balcony and people cars are getting hit like if the main focus is the the people that live there why not install more cameras or try to help people find who hit they cars but its a gated complex tho thats just just an image so they can charge high rent if you ask me i say get rid of the gate and install cameras through out the whole complex not just the rent officemore ...hide ...
