We stayed here when it first opened up we were the first to live in our apartment They were very nice towards the end they started letting anybody in of course you dont know what kind of people youre letting in until they have already signed the leas We stayed here when it first opened up we were the first to live in our apartment They were very nice towards the end they started letting anybody in of course you dont know what kind of people youre letting in until they have already signed the lease I dont blame them sending out a lot of notes Kids were out late at 121 am with their hoodrat parents not caring about their kids 5 years old were out that late letting the kids ring on peoples doorbells and running kids talking back to adults Once again this isnt the apartment complex fault When we were there the apartment managers were super nice They had to put in speed bumps right when we left People would ride by at night in the complex like it was the Virginia Beach strip or something speeding I noticed they use to but notes on the doors for rent but that was because those people were behind on the rent They give you until the 5th so thats plenty of time to avoid getting a late rent note I liked how they have a few inspection every year people who dont care will trash things up especially those on section 8 The complex tries to keep things looking nice more ... hide ...
