The leasing agent, Andrew, was very responsive to my requests and accommodating during the tour. They had a ton of knowledge about the building and development and it seemed the building was very well managed. Everything was clean, presentable, and the building felt good overall. Andrew was patient with me as I looked at a few floorplans and he provided me all the information i needed to make a decision. The building itself is beautiful, with modern finishes and great floorplans. There is plenty of amenity space and the pool deck is pretty substantial. Location wise, the building is top notch especially with Caputos opening next year and metra stop right outside your door which provides easy 35-40 minute access to downtown. I would highly recommend this building, especially for people who may currently live/work downtown and are looking for a change (and lower rent).more ...hide ...
