Terrible bank They go out of their way to hit you with overdraft fees to the point that they dont deserve to use community in their marketing literature or name if they do They took money out of my account for a payment then three days later they ret Terrible bank They go out of their way to hit you with overdraft fees to the point that they dont deserve to use community in their marketing literature or name if they do They took money out of my account for a payment then three days later they return the full amount for insufficient fundswhen there was more than enough funds in the account and they had removed the money from my balance days prior Its as if they use a formula in which if at any point in time throughout the day your account could have been in the negative they hit you with a fee In this instance the money was shown as having been withdrawn from my account on the banks app but the Branch manager assures me it was not So it appears as if you can get hit with an insufficient funds fee with money in your account and even the branch manager shrugs her shoulders and says its the way the system works In the process of switching banks more ... hide ...
