2023-03-28T18:00:02ZI have resided here for four years and despite changes in management and management companies, there are a few points to keep in mind. Management and maintenance personnel are not tenants and there is no 24-hour emergency service with prompt response. This is a low-income property, hence not all amenities are top-notch. The management is doing its best to enhance the property bit by bit, however, this requires collaboration from the tenants and sufficient funds. If you have had a negative experience, have you informed the management before posting it on social media? If so, was the problem addressed? In my opinion, this is a great place to live. I have not encountered any challenges that could not be solved by the management within a realistic timeframe. Fortunately, none of my major appliances have failed and no plumbing emergency has occurred. Nevertheless, I am confident that the management will strive to look after its tenants. Recently, rent has gone up throughout the property, meaning that some renters have lost their tenure status. This enabled the management to focus on the roof, gutters, crawl spaces, and the structural integrity of the older buildings and make required repairs. Bear in mind that you get what you pay for. I hope you will keep this place in mind when searching for housing. It has provided me, my daughter, and now my husband with great lodging. more ... hide ...
