The apartments here are filthy and NOT secure. If you leave your clothes or laundry stuff, just be aware that it can be stolen.Management (Eugene) is horrible and extremely unprofessional. He will not listen to whatever you have to say. All he wants to do is charge you extra money for whatever the reason is.When my roommates and I moved out, we made sure to leave the apartment clean. We even brought a carpet machine to clean out the carpet in all the rooms. Still, the final bill was very questionable. They charged us for some ridiculous €œshampoo stains€ that I am sure did not exist.I would NOT recommend this apartment complex to anyone!Unless you€™re in for the horrendous treatment and experience.more ...hide ...
