Also, workers have left metal debris that is causing potential danger. The management is not managing the tenants or workers, which has led to an increase in theft. Moreover, the laundry room is being utilized as a storage area, with clothes being left for extended periods of time, and strangers are able to use the room without hindrance. We understand that the building may be up for sale, however, the occupants still have to live here and the value is constantly decreasing.
