This newly refurbished place is quite pleasant. It is wheelchair accessible with ramps, elevators, and push button doors. There are two buildings which seem to baffle the marijuana delivery drivers in comparison to Amazon, FedEx, and UPS, thus making it difficult to get packages. Therefore, one should be present when the package is being delivered as it may mysteriously disappear otherwise. The rent is reasonable for the space and the area looks nice. There are a few disabled parking spots and a smoking area at the back with chairs. There is also the possibility to have a gardening area with raised beds located in the courtyards. I would highly recommend this place to any senior with a limited budget who does not garden or receive packages which can't be refunded by the shipper if they don't arrive. Everyone I've encountered here has been really nice! Just be mindful of the laundry machines as they might not be in the best condition. more ... hide ...
