My mother in law just moved here Much nicer neighborhood in a good location plenty of parking Apartment size is good along with a nice layout Would definitely recommend
UPDATE NOV 212022nnBeen here 2 years now The apartments are very nice Has been rough getting maintenance to do anything But they have a new person Charles who seems competent The staff are amazing and have ALWAYS done right by my household My only coUPDATE NOV 212022nnBeen here 2 years now The apartments are very nice Has been rough getting maintenance to do anything But they have a new person Charles who seems competent The staff are amazing and have ALWAYS done right by my household My only complaint is that a lot of the surrounding community are racists and bigots Very miserable and low vibrational But if you stay in your lane its doable to live here Be mindful of who you associate with There is a lot of very miserable addicts alcoholics and mentallyemotionally wounded people here who like to project their pain and insecurities onto others They project via spreading lies and slander Not a friendly community other then 2 peoplenBut this place still has so much to offernAll in all I still recommend living here There are plenty of buses available to get around and a lot of stores within walking distance So this would be an ideal place for people who do not have access to transportation other than their feet and the busesnHopefully this is helpfulnMany Blessings nnI was treated so respectfully compassionately at this place Each staff member went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable And I appreciate the fact that my experience was so smooth and easy going I never once felt out of place or judged All staff was extremely nice friendly helpful The place was clean and orderly Very quiet and serene I would DEFINITELY live here I would DEFINITELY recommend to others to live here So many amazing features that come with this place Apartments are perfect sized Not to big not to small I absolutely love the diverse community Please give this place a chance the bad reviews are older then the dirt in Egypt A lot has changed This place is a diamond in the rough You are right on a bus line that can take you to either SouthHill Transit Station or to the Downtown Puyallup Sounder Station There is a multitude of stores conveniently in the area as well as a plethora of job opportunities right in the area Not to mention a YMCA a block away Im so lucky I found this gem and I hope I can become one of the community soon Dont miss out And stay persistent and proactive with the current waitlistmore ...hide ...
They NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE The freaking EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE NUMBER IS DISCONNECTED If you get rental help THEY DONT ANSWER THE CALLS AND EMAILS FROM THOSE ORGANIZATIONS EITHER Its freaking ridiculous trying to communicate with these people
Apartments are section 8 slums Ran down homeless living onsite in vehicles drug problems crime problems and abandoned vehicles and RVs little neighboring properties due to their neglect

When I initially moved in nine and a half years ago, this apartment complex was a decent place to live in. The majority of the tenants were content and we all connected and created a kind of family. We had communal dinneWhen I initially moved in nine and a half years ago, this apartment complex was a decent place to live in. The majority of the tenants were content and we all connected and created a kind of family. We had communal dinners, barbecues, garage sales and other gatherings. In the course of the last nine and a half years, we had five distinct managers. One of them was stealing money, and I won't even get into the rest. The only competent manager we had resigned due to pregnancy. The owners have constantly made promises to us tenants, and it's not like they are lacking money. This apartment building is already paid off (no mortgage), but when you request an improvement, the answer is always the same: we don't have enough money. We were assured double-paned windows multiple years ago, but we are still waiting. We live directly across the street from a busy set of train tracks that are operable 24 hours a day and incredibly loud. Three years ago, they promised me laminate flooring, but I'm still walking on the stained carpet that was here before I moved in. We have had various bug infestations and management has been slow in responding. Although I am grateful to have a roof over my head and my rent is very reasonable, this apartment complex has failed to provide extra care for me as a disabled senior citizen.more ...hide ...
