2019-03-15T04:01:16ZThe elevator is or nearly a hundred years old It often stops working for days and weeks Then the senior citizens have to use the stairs Many are unable to do this There are 5 floors If you live on the 5rh floor it is next to impossible to climb that The elevator is or nearly a hundred years old It often stops working for days and weeks Then the senior citizens have to use the stairs Many are unable to do this There are 5 floors If you live on the 5rh floor it is next to impossible to climb that many stairs with groceries The apartments are very small Only one window in the tiny living room The Windows look out to the buildings walls Never know if its raining or snowing There are smokers in the building The air conditioner sends it into all the apartments The ac filter is never changed The rent went up 4 times in 1 year So when you sign the lease it does NOT mean that will be your rent the entire time youre here and most likely wont be All Im saying is go into to several of the apartments first and check out the small bedrooms the view from the windows and ask yourself if you can walk up and down the stairs all these times the elevator stops working more ... hide ...
