It became impossible to contact anyone via phone calls or emails; I even had to walk to their office to find a live person I could talk to. Prospective tenants lost interest due to the difficulty of communication when making simple requests. Both the property and Greystar's management have no respect for tenants and no basic knowledge of how to do their job properly, contacting you only when they want your money. They also tend to say things that make no sense. When it was time to return my deposit, they gave me hardly any money and no explanation, 10 days past the date mandated by Washington law. The service is abysmal and the crime rate in Belltown is notoriously high. I hope this review will prevent someone else from going through the same experience. more ... hide ...
