I have been living here for more than 10 years. In the past, it was a great place to stay and one could proudly show it off to visitors. However, now it is evident that management does not care. Garbage is strewn across the grounds, especially in theI have been living here for more than 10 years. In the past, it was a great place to stay and one could proudly show it off to visitors. However, now it is evident that management does not care. Garbage is strewn across the grounds, especially in the breezeways. Cars are left parked for a long time and are covered with moss. Parking for those who do drive daily is nonexistent. There is pet waste everywhere, so children cannot even play in the yard. The playground was taken down for safety reasons and not replaced. The sprinklers were not operated this year, so the grass they worked hard to reseed and fill in has died off this summer. Maintenance inside the homes is not being addressed. I have placed several work orders in including one for my leaking ceiling, but nobody has responded. I have also contacted management through different methods of communication and still have not heard back. I am not sure if Cambridge Management is aware of the state of deterioration of their property, but I think it is high time they did an inspection. It is evident that management has a general attitude of not caring. I intend to take some photos and add them to the reviews so that others can see my worries.more ...hide ...
It was finally nice to have or see the manager speak with me and say that they are actually going to start cleaning things up here it was also nice to have maintenance finally come and take care the issues I was having in my apartment

This location is not the best. I have no idea where to begin.
