I would not recommend this place. If you apply for this apartment they will ask for a deposit of $300 plus a $50 credit check. Now, that€™s a common expectation, right? What they do not tell you is that they expect you to pay that on a debit/credit card, but they will not be providing a refund back to your debit/credit card. Instead, they will be mailing a check out to you. It has now been 3 weeks since I was not approved and I have been getting the run around about my deposit being returned to me. I have called everyday starting last Thursday. Still no refund. How many other people have you done this to? I mean, if no one says anything do they just pocket the $300 deposit?!? Not, a place I want to rent from.more ...hide ...
