Hello I am currently residing in quotsubstandardquot housing My apartment is constantly being broken into as well as my vehicle the manager refuses to go to City Hall to get parking passes and I live on Division and the owner of the bar below my apartment039s wife literally tries towing my vehicle any time I park in the lot behind the building so I am forced to park at the parking meters and I keep getting tickets It039s so frustrating and not fair at all Not to mention the roof of the building is leaking bad and there is black mold growing My ceiling in my apartment is literally a bunch of pieces of plywood screwed to the studs over the original ceiling Plus I have no sink in my apartment The bathrooms are shared so it kind of sucks I work full time making minimum wage I would be the only occupant with my 7yearold son coming over on the weekends sometimes I have lived in my current apartment for 2 years I have no evictions I am looking for either a studio or 12 bedroom Thank you

There managers have there hands tied because upper management does nothing about it. There is drug deals almost daily, meth. Addicts and tennents that harrass surround neighbors and there children. Its something that has been going on for years and keeps getting worse. There are so many people out there that need low income living that wont break the rules and cause issues to the community.
