My Mother just moved in. They staff at Garden Terrace are so accommodating and kind. They made my moms transition into her new apartment very easy and simple. I couldnt have found a better home for her. The buffet style dinner is restaurant quality and lots of choices. Mom has already become more outgoing and independent. This is not an assisted living or type of nursing home. It is an apartment complex for adults while inspiring residents to be social. I love how everything is included, power, water,sewer, garbage, cable , internet, phone, laundry and mail boxes are in the building. There is always someone there for any issues they might have. The building is completely protected and locked, keeping residents safe and giving them piece of mind. Love Garden Terrace

There is a sense of community that is evident as residents and staff are able to enjoy each day and face the challenges that may arise together. Neighbors care about neighbors here and become fast friends as they interact throughout the day. We truly do support each other, recognizing that this is not only a place of business, but their home. We strive to make residents feel safe, included, emporwered and content. I am blessed to have a place here at Avamere Wenatchee.

I want to rave about the above and beyond I received from the manager here, Autumn. Once the ball was rolling she did everything she could to get us in by Christmas. Twice she came to me to sign papers and make corrections.Our interactions were quite comfortable. She seemed prepared, organized and ready every time we met. Very gracious.My apartment is an older apartment with everything functioning as it should. When I did have a need to have my fridge checked out it was a next day response. Been here less than a month and I have zero complaints. A bigger playground would be cool but the one they have is safe - fairly new. Bottom floor tenants will here footsteps up above.There seems to be plenty of parking and the grounds are well kept. Standard rules. No problem with privacy. Location is great! Across from Lincoln Park and on the main drag. Thank you Hilltop staff.
