The 2 reviewers that are posted on this site have never lived at KP Apts. I have been there 6 1/2 yrs... it is the worst place I ve ever lived. 3 management companies in less than 6 yrs each 1 worse than the last. The non profit that owns KP and 13 other properties is from the 7th level of Hell. Too much to talk about on a Google review but you dont want to live here, Though at least it would be a roof over your head.more ...hide ...

They were nervous about the transition but overall it€™s been great to see them thriving with the additional activity and opportunities to sit and talk with other residents at meals and in the beautiful light filled main floor €œliving room€. Merrill Gardens Kirkland is an ideal location being centered in downtown Kirkland so that they can take neighborhood strolls or visit restaurants, library, Marina Park. Merrill Gardens has a very warm and supportive staff, everyone there is so friendly. Monica is a wonderful community connector and went out of her way to connect them to other residents. Communication with residents and their families is fabulous and the staff are very responsive to any questions.more ...hide ...
