There is a dedicated activities room with a full calendar of daily activities (including off-site adventures), on-site medical staff for emergencies, and transportation is available for appointments/excursions. Ive had the pleasure of spending time with some of the residents and everyone seems to really enjoy Evergreen Court and everything offered. Highly recommended!more ...hide ...

To all, if you are looking for a quality place to live, The Garden Grove apartment is the one. I have been a tenant here for three years and have lived in many other complexes, including luxury ones with huge staffs. AftTo all, if you are looking for a quality place to live, The Garden Grove apartment is the one. I have been a tenant here for three years and have lived in many other complexes, including luxury ones with huge staffs. After comparing, I can say that The Garden Grove is the best with its two-person office staff (manager and maintenance). I am content with everything here as the manager inspects the units annually to fix and update them. Furthermore, they are always available, no matter the time of day, to solve any problem in a quick, professional, and polite manner. They are very kind and helpful to their tenants while also strictly adhering to the rules and regulations concerning parking, safety, and cleanliness. To ensure the safety of guests, they even monitor the parking lot and enforce parking policies. I would encourage everyone to try their luck and become a tenant of The Garden Grove. I pray that the manager and staff will be here for a long time. With respect to the management of The Garden Grove, the Corporate Office, and the property owner.
