Severely upset with this place and glad my lease was up when it was This place is infested with roaches and I didnt know anything prior to move in when I had asked In the process of moving out we had a company come to deep clean the apartment and am Severely upset with this place and glad my lease was up when it was This place is infested with roaches and I didnt know anything prior to move in when I had asked In the process of moving out we had a company come to deep clean the apartment and am being charged 180 for a 4 hour deep clean And the reason to move out was not because I acquired a pet I have no pets It was because I found another place to live my lease was up on 02282022 and I didnt want to stay another 6 months But what a way to charge people more money they shouldnt owe Very upsetting more ... hide ...

I know folks who live here and it seems like a nice family oriented place The ok not thing i could complain about is the amount of trash all around the garbage sections it over flows and tends to look well trashy

We lived here just over 4 years We liked some neighbors better than others but that comes w apartment living Overall management is good and very kind if you just talk to them except Katrina I wont use hostile language but the general consensus is tha We lived here just over 4 years We liked some neighbors better than others but that comes w apartment living Overall management is good and very kind if you just talk to them except Katrina I wont use hostile language but the general consensus is that she is the rudest manager here very hostile and overall not a good person After losing my job and needing help wrent I found an agency to help She tried her hardest to convince them not to give us the assistance and threatened to lock us out our apartment although it would be fully caught up But it worked out in our favor anyway Maintenance is good about addressing work orders and they are very friendly Its located by a lot of stores dental and Drs we use more ... hide ...
