I moved in Rainier View Senior Housing in Fife in 2017 When I first came to look at the apts I knew this is where I wanted to live At that time very seldom were there vacancies I waited 15 months to get an apartment I love During those past 56 years I moved in Rainier View Senior Housing in Fife in 2017 When I first came to look at the apts I knew this is where I wanted to live At that time very seldom were there vacancies I waited 15 months to get an apartment I love During those past 56 years there has been ups downs as anywhere However in the last 10 months we had some very difficult times However since July of this year 2022 We have been totally blessed with a management team that has made tremendous changes Kiril Jesica Shawn had made us into a place to feel trusting SAFE Comfortable So fortunate to live here We sincerely look forward to coming home now NOW we have enjoyable events in our community room even a wedding Holliday events birthday parties games etc our Allied property is a great place to live So disppointed things have changed so much Now dont feel safe higher crime rate car vandelizm nothing done Allied Management company refusing to install secure gate 6 cars vandelized in 3 weeks I sincerely thought things had changed more ... hide ...

I have lived for a year at the beginning I was not sure because of the safety issuses but since Jessica managercame on board things are GREAT All the tenants enjoy all the activities thatshe has Hope I live here for a very long time

I just moved into this property 3 months ago I wanted to leave a review about how wonderful it has been here The community is beautiful the residents are welcoming and the manager is fantastic We love living here and would recommend it to anybody

Since Mary retired as the apartment manager things are not looking good the new manager is ripping the poor old people that leave of there deposit my dad moved out the house was extremely clean and nice but still they took his deposit shame on you Since Mary retired as the apartment manager things are not looking good the new manager is ripping the poor old people that leave of there deposit my dad moved out the house was extremely clean and nice but still they took his deposit shame on you Allied residential for hiring incompetent managers who dont know how to ran an apartment Mary was extremely the best manger I have ever seen in life she retired I wish her the best in lifeThanks amillion times The only income they earn the Ssi income and you ripped them off because you are too greedy for money shame on you I would not recommend anyone I know to came there since Mary left she understand better more ... hide ...
