I called the apartments and it appears they charge you water based off the community consumption times the amount of people in your home... seems completely illegal and if nothing else it is shady to say the least .. CAUTION: THESE GUYS WILL NICKEL AND DIME YOU to their heart desire... but when you move in with piles of dog hair in your carpet, they will not even address it!more ...hide ...
