Great management Grounds very well kept 2 bedroom was magnificent I highly recommend

I like these apartments everyone keeps an eye out for everyone lots of kids great people in the office good amount of play areas for families and the basketball court is a plus

Ive been here almost 4 months The management and maintenance staff have been great The staff did an amazing job getting me passed some rental barriers and into one of the nicer apartments Ive lived in Theres security that drives through fairly regula Ive been here almost 4 months The management and maintenance staff have been great The staff did an amazing job getting me passed some rental barriers and into one of the nicer apartments Ive lived in Theres security that drives through fairly regularly at night that is very responsive when called Yes theyre low income Yes the occasional bad tenant is going to get in But Im a single mom on a fixed income and these are by far the nicest apartments I have lived in They are as nice as the non subsidize apartment complexes Ive lived at more ... hide ...

It would be a great place except for very shady and creepy neighbors who break the lawsrules constantly People park in your space constantly dogs off leash and nothing is done about it There are a couple town homes that only have 2 people living in t It would be a great place except for very shady and creepy neighbors who break the lawsrules constantly People park in your space constantly dogs off leash and nothing is done about it There are a couple town homes that only have 2 people living in them when they are supposed to be for large families everyone has pets that are not supposed to be here the older teens hang out at the small play area where little kids play and use profanity etc while kids play neighbors do not pick up after there dogs our car got keyed by a neighbor and the tenants occupying the apartment are not on lease management knows and nothing is done The longer I am living here the more shadier I am finding out The apartment itself is great very large well built maintenance is done fast and efficient garbage always well kept The grounds are always clean and tidy Brad is a good manager as well as Nathan Just need to get rid of the trashy people and itd be great more ... hide ...
