If this one is removed as well, we'll keep going further with sharing this experience. Ruth made personal remarks about my looks and her evaluations of my past employment, skills and potential were entirely off the mark. I'm glad I didn't hand over any personal data on an insecure paper form. Ruth neglected to mention to me, a single mom, that child support is factored into the income calculation which I only found out after scrutinizing the application myself and asking her directly. When requesting reimbursement for the money order fees (for two payments ready to pay) due to her misguidance, she refused - thus wasting more time trying to cash them in at least get our money back. Protect yourself here because they won't take responsibility for their mistakes; Ruth blamed me for not understanding child support was part of it while Tim blamed us when showing us an apartment already rented by someone else - who apparently had been hoarders given how well-preserved the walls were with all that stuff blocking access! The new carpets weren't even properly installed; strange bumps in random places! We're fortunate just losing those fees as opposed to living in a car - which would have been much worse!more ...hide ...
