Doug, the new landlord, has been harassing me and some of my acquaintances living in these apartments. On multiple occasions, he has lied and claimed my friend's dog that was staying with me attacked him, which is false. On multiple occasions, he has lied and claimed my friend's dog that was staying with me attacked him, which is false. We tried to discuss the situation with him regarding the dog being upstairs, but he called the police, claiming we were in his face when we were actually behind his desk. When I caught him in a lie, he was shaking and yelled for us to leave his office, but we refused and wanted to resolve the issue. He has also been targeting people of color, as well as those with disabilities, in an effort to maintain a pristine record. Additionally, he has been making accusations about unpaid rent even though the tenants have proof of payment. Moreover, he has attempted to get into apartments in the middle of the night with a master key, but when the door chain was on, he shut the door.
