I left a meeting with a sense of hope and relief, as the manager treated me with respect and made me feel welcome and understood. They are going above and beyond to help out the tenants and understand the difficult lives and sometimes traumatic pasts that many of us have. The staff here at Willow Tree Grove are unparalleled and make living here so much better. No apartment complex is perfect, even the ultra-expensive luxury ones, but here we are a community and the management and staff really care. We've had a rough streak of past managers but this one has out-shined them all and makes it worth it to finally have our current manager. Dear manager (I'm sorry I don't want to mispronounce your name) thank you for caring and restoring hope, and for fixing the problem even though it wasn't the fault of the complex. more ... hide ...
