I lived here for 8 years Its really the perfect location in S Seattle hyper close to public transportation and the rent is affordable based on your income Unfortunately they struggle to keep landlords or maintenance workers because of how nasty it isI lived here for 8 years Its really the perfect location in S Seattle hyper close to public transportation and the rent is affordable based on your income Unfortunately they struggle to keep landlords or maintenance workers because of how nasty it is In 8 years I had at least 8 different landlords The garbage room is disgusting and several units have roaches If people dont report them they spread I even saw one in the elevator What drew the line for me is when someone started peeing right in front of the door in the elevator and it wouldnt be cleaned for days Also someone who works there let it slip that some units have rats I didnt know apartments could get rats so I had to get out Also no guest parking The best thing about this place is definitely the people So much diversity Still I really think lowincome tenants deserve bettermore ...hide ...
