It needs more improvements. Though landlord is easy to contact & talk too but request tooks forever to get it done until you€™ll get tired of waiting. It€™s a never ending reasons & excuses. Unit itself is still nice with normal wear & tear.The next apartment is way much better when it comes to amenities, interior, security, more clean inside & outside,clean play ground & newer building. (I just hope it€™s not paper thin ceiling& wall also)Big cons:Paper thin ceiling & walls. (Noisy)Dirty whole way & stairs. Dirty carpet.Dogs poop outside.more ...hide ...

It is in the town of White Center which is an up-and-coming hangout it has a lot of good fast food dining takeout delivery service the town in another self is not very large however it is a very friendly place people get to know each other friends can hang out in the park at the library at various establishments theres a coffee shop and even a hall that just rented out for large parties theres always something to do around Life Center and a Coronado Springs is a great complex to live in everyone knows each other the neighbors look out for your stuff and everybody just tries to help each othermore ...hide ...
I went to the mall with my mom and best friend and we found a man sitting at the entrance that was just dropped off and left there alone.
