Its a multiple building office complex. The architectural facade is attractive, as are the interior offices. My only problem with the place is that the speed bumps are so high you have to drive very slowly

Would be a great apartment down south where its warm year round, but this is a below zero winter type state not a warm weather state. Dont even know how this place passed city coding. Ive stayed in some pretty bad Spokane apartments and this is by far the coldest place Ive been in. Elevator is like an ice box. The property is very well kept, the location is close to elementary, middle and high schools as well multiple grocery stores and gas stations.
