When we first moved in, the place was excellent. We moved in right when they opened the D building and it was peaceful. Unfortunately, once the other buildings opened, it became chaotic. Whenever something was broken in the apartment, they would only try to fix it when it was convenient for them. Trash was always heaped up since people just left it outside of the compactor. There was never enough parking and the stairs were constantly filled with loud people, or the front door was slammed. I emailed them to say that I would not renew my lease, and even showed them the email, yet they said they had lost it and refused to accept it. After having to fight to get out, I ended up with a huge bill, and when I asked about the charges, I was just blown off and sent to collections. What's more, when I moved in, I did a walk through and noted the issues, yet the charges they sent to collections were for the things that the former tenant had done that they already knew about.
