Elise that is the cleaner here is amazing She is always very friendly with the residents and goes out of her way to be engaging Elise does a great job at keeping at keeping the complex clean If you need something or mention something to her that need Elise that is the cleaner here is amazing She is always very friendly with the residents and goes out of her way to be engaging Elise does a great job at keeping at keeping the complex clean If you need something or mention something to her that needs to get picked up or taken care of she takes care of it right away There was a dead mouse behind my apartment building I had mentioned it to one of the maintenance staff and they asked me where it was at and said they will get something to pick it up It was still there the next day and when I mentioned it to Elise she went and took care of it right away Which really meant a lot to me as having that out there is a safety concern for my two dogs that I walk outside and for kids that might be playing back there Thank you Elise for always going above and beyond and for always having a smile on your face you are appreciated so much more ... hide ...

This apartment complex marked my legal vehicle to be towed due to their own ignorance of the law andor simply not bothering to look at the license plates on the vehiclennWhile visiting a tenant on 12032021 this apartment complex put a sticker on my w This apartment complex marked my legal vehicle to be towed due to their own ignorance of the law andor simply not bothering to look at the license plates on the vehiclennWhile visiting a tenant on 12032021 this apartment complex put a sticker on my window at 230pm threatening to tow my vehicle by 5pm that day They checked the box stating the vehicle would be towed because it was illegally parked due to not being licensedregisterednnMy vehicle is licensed and registered in WA state the current tags do not expire until 042022 and are clearly visiblennThe vehicle is insured in excellent condition clean and well maintained It also has a tow hitch on the back with a motorcycle on it which partially blocks the plate which is legal According to the law if a hitch does not touch the ground it does not need to be wired to lights nor plated My hitch does not touch the ground and is completely legal in the USnnI went to leave at 515pm and narrowly missed being towed and am left to clean off the sticker residue of their pure stupidity more ... hide ...
