2016-05-31T07:53:44ZI have lived here for about 3 months now and love it My only complaint is lack of parking in my building and lack of key fob accessable doors across the condominium But the staff is all super friendly and the halls are kept very clean

2015-01-11T19:40:24ZLiving at Polaris was the worst experience Right after I moved in they lost my money order because they had their safe stolen and they told me I needed to replace the money order They leave notes on everyones door almost daily with nagging reminders Living at Polaris was the worst experience Right after I moved in they lost my money order because they had their safe stolen and they told me I needed to replace the money order They leave notes on everyones door almost daily with nagging reminders of their rules There is only one elevator in the entire building that breaks on a weekly basis Kids run up and down the hallways at all hours of the day screaming and stomping There is a bar behind the apartments that plays loud awful music all night every Friday and Saturday I can hear it loud and clear over my tv blasting with all my windows shut Also every time I walk anywhere on the property with my dog people cower with fear Almost everyone who lives here is terrified of dogs and will literally miss the elevator to avoid being near my extremely friendly dog Then there are all the fat sassy ladies who work in the office who should be fired You have to deal with them every time you go in to pay rent because they charge you 40 dollars to pay it online Worst apartments ever more ... hide ...
