Poorly managedmanager never walks property to see whats going on Does nothing when complaints are made My aunts apt flooded from the dishwasher the office is closed on weekends and after calling emergency maintenance number she still got no respon Poorly managedmanager never walks property to see whats going on Does nothing when complaints are made My aunts apt flooded from the dishwasher the office is closed on weekends and after calling emergency maintenance number she still got no response But when she moved out they had no problem completely overcharging her for cleaning and some other bullshit things to eat up her deposit The rent may be low but its not worth living there when its poorly managed And lastly the management company cascadian is basically unreachable if you needed to complain about anything When i was able to get a phone number it was answered by an answering machine and calls were never returned A little suspicious to me more ... hide ...
