I would urge potential renters to do extensive research into this location before making a decision. This property is far from secure; as a result of some tenants, the homeless have free access. At 5pm on weeknights and all weekend, the facilities such as the gym, spa and recreation rooms are locked up. Computers in the library are broken and the TVs in the common areas do not work. Moreover, the bathrooms in the public areas are closed off. Management is either not able or not willing to implement their lease terms. People are smoking in their units and allowing homeless people to enter the property, who then let other homeless people in. One resident has made multiple threats and often ignores parking regulations. These tenants endanger everyone's wellbeing and yet they remain. Although the rent is reasonable and my apartment was nice, and the maintenance staff amiable, there appears to be a problem with staffing in management, as this building has no permanent staff. I have to say so far I enjoy the apartment Christine was so great to work with My only issues are Direct TV the cable provider in the building keeps cutting out They said they contacted DirectTV and they are working on the issue It has been a week Se I have to say so far I enjoy the apartment Christine was so great to work with My only issues are Direct TV the cable provider in the building keeps cutting out They said they contacted DirectTV and they are working on the issue It has been a week Secondly they opened up the fitness Room and Game Room only during business hours I work during the day The only time I can use them would be in the evening hours or the weekend It would be nice to have a way to get in these places with your entry key to use the facilities Like I said Even with these minor things it is a good place Another thing after your lease is up will they increase the rent to renew the lease agreement more ... hide ...
