If i could give 0 stars I would The new management doesnt care to really help the residents Trash is always overflowing Put in a work order and it takes months for anyone to come by or even respond and most of the time they have the wrong work order If i could give 0 stars I would The new management doesnt care to really help the residents Trash is always overflowing Put in a work order and it takes months for anyone to come by or even respond and most of the time they have the wrong work order It took over 3 months to get our tub unclogged Maintenance is a pain to deal with There are literally like 8 visitor parking spots in the entire complex meanwhile theres parking for office employees and you get a notice on your car if you park there which is ridiculous because the office workers dont even live here So there are spots no one can use without being threatened and every other spot is reserved for the tenants If your visiting or having someone visitgood luck finding a parking spot We were forced to have our water spouts in our back patio removed so now its hard to water our small gardens but they want us to keep it looking nicehow are we supposed to keep our gardens looking well maintained when we have to bring buckets of water from our kitchen sink out back to water the garden Its doablebut unnecessary Alot of the residents are elderly as well so that really doesnt make any sense to remove the water spouts Because it is low income it seems as if management is trying to control every little luxury we have and make us feel less than others Its ridiculous demeaning and very condescending Something needs to be done about it more ... hide ...
