Staff is wonderful Kind helpful and thoughtful decent apartments toonUpdate Bottom floors fight ants all year And the kids here have stollen every bike scooter and toy from our porch Not surprising I guess Its apartment living

Since I was 17, I have been leasing flats and this is one of the *finest* accommodation I have ever rented from. When I shifted, there were some issues with the flat such as lights not functioning, lock being stuck and the dryer not working well. When I shifted, there were some issues with the flat such as lights not functioning, lock being stuck and the dryer not working well. Everything was taken care of within a day and the technician was very courteous and well-mannered. Being new to the area and the state, he gave us suggestions on the places to eat and some attractions to visit. Parking can be challenging if you don't pay for a sheltered parking space, but you will never have to park too far away. The apartments are insulated well enough to keep the PUD bill low. I can hear the tenant above me, but the persons living next door have multiple children and I hardly notice them. There are multiple playgrounds and basketball courts for the numerous families that reside in the complex. If you are in search of a tranquil complex with few kids, this is not the right place for you. But, if you are a family who wants to move in to a good-sized flat where your kids can ride their bicycles and play outdoors, I would highly advise you to take a look here. more ... hide ...
