I have been living here at Anchor flats for a year and a half After taking in consideration that this is a low income complexe I personally am impressed with it I do agree with others that the trash room can be messy but they do take it twice a week I have been living here at Anchor flats for a year and a half After taking in consideration that this is a low income complexe I personally am impressed with it I do agree with others that the trash room can be messy but they do take it twice a week so I doesnt seem to be that bothersome We do have package theft rarely but we have a amazon pick up in walking range I do wish we had better washer machines in the laundryrooms The apartments them selfs are great This is a great place for getting your feet underneath you Also the location itself is something else more ... hide ...

Management is nonexistent here Like actually Weve gone through 4 or 5 managers within the past 2 12 years Repairs have taken years to get to as well There are literal crazy people within these walls Fights break out loud neighbors aggressive scary or Management is nonexistent here Like actually Weve gone through 4 or 5 managers within the past 2 12 years Repairs have taken years to get to as well There are literal crazy people within these walls Fights break out loud neighbors aggressive scary or creepy people To be honest I fear for my safety sometimes when I walk in the lobbieshallways alone or when I hear loud noises because of how many loud noises have turned into 911 callsnnThe area is very nice and so are the apartments themselves But if youre someone that doesnt have thick skin or the willpower it takes to live in this kind of building do not even think about leasing here It can genuinely be pretty dangerous more ... hide ...
