The apartments are new and nice, however, management is unreliable when it comes to keeping appointments, being professional, and disclosing personal details. Parking is a major issue; there is underground parking, yet people are regularly towed for parking in the street when there are vacant spots underground. I have been reviewing Abrora Court APTS for several years, and my reviews have been honest. The Seattle Police Department apologized for the manager's behavior, which included trying to attack me, running at me, attempting to take my phone while I was recording her, and trying to spray me with mace. I have received several messages from lawyers, persuading me to join a lawsuit regarding discrimination charges, involving the Seattle Civil Rights Office or King County. I suggest Bellweather Housing looks into the tapes and reviews their response. The manager at Abrora Court Bellweather Housing was seen acting bizarrely in front of children, parents, and caregivers, and even made her own child cry because she refused to cease embarrassing herself.more ...hide ...

Hasna, the manager here, is unbelievable; I've already communicated with her about my car troubles many times! I had to battle for a parking space in Abora Court and now my car has been broken into, and she told me to file a report just to check the cameras! I don't comprehend why you have cameras if you're not going to inspect them yourselves to stop this from occurring to others. Make certain that we don't pay for our cars to be ruined! Last time there was a car burglary in Aborder Court, nobody did anything about it; the garage door was still broken and still nothing happened! The only thing I see is that notice saying "Don't leave anything valuable in your car so it won't be broken into"; is that even reasonable? Are we supposed to trust where we park our car? I would like to show you a picture of my car as it is now! I wish no one trusted this apartment anymore. Honestly, when I first got this apartment, I was overjoyed; at last I had a comfortable place to live, but look at me now! She doesn't care about the people; she doesn't care about anyone but herself; this isn't fair for anyone to endure. My name is Teba Tareq and I live in 315; I would love to see some change! I would love for someone to reach out to me andmore ...hide ...

I've thought about moving out of my apartment due to this, and have even attempted to contact the management and have my building's management reach out to theirs. Sadly, the response has been completely useless, and it's been going on for over half a year now with no resolution. In their defense, the management at Arbora Court said that they were unaware of the beeping issue, but with the various methods I've employed to try and rectify the situation, it seems more like incompetence than anything else. I'm hoping that this issue will be taken care of soon, so I can go back to living without the constant alarm noise.more ...hide ...

Rent is high, but it€™s Seattle so actually it€™s reasonable. These are older townhouses, but they are clean and homey. The upstairs is prone to mold, especially the window sills, so I had to buy a large dehumidifier to combat that despite using the fan when showering and cooking. No air conditioning so the upstairs is consistently warm, but in Summer is rather sit in direct sunlight than be upstairs. Parking is usually great. Garbages and recycle get pretty full, but once overflowing it€™s garbage day, so it€™s okay. It€™s close to all the essentials, recommend for students. This place is super dog and kid friendly, just remember to keep dogs on leashes and to clean up after them. The biggest issue with living here is the park bathrooms at night (drug deals and users), but Burke Gilman Place Apartments can€™t do anything about it as it is a public park.more ...hide ...
