I just moved in this week and the office staff have been amazing Christine is very helpful and friendly She has gone out of her way to make my move in go smoothly My apartment is exceptionally clean and bright the hallways and workout room entry area I just moved in this week and the office staff have been amazing Christine is very helpful and friendly She has gone out of her way to make my move in go smoothly My apartment is exceptionally clean and bright the hallways and workout room entry areas and amenity areas are also very clean and bright Friendly staff and friendly folks as neighbors Very dog friendly place Love the location too My only concern is not being able to park in the parking garage under my building since there are not enough spaces for all residents My assigned parking spot is across the street in the neighboring apartment complex But I am on the waiting list and hopefully will get a parking spot assigned in my building soon Everything else seems perfect more ... hide ...

I moved in February of 2022 It seemed to be a good place for seniors with restricted incomes which I am Since I moved here the parking garage which had a white platform and had been for 3 4 years was covered in a black and unsanitary substance withi I moved in February of 2022 It seemed to be a good place for seniors with restricted incomes which I am Since I moved here the parking garage which had a white platform and had been for 3 4 years was covered in a black and unsanitary substance within 8 weeks and has been vandalized Within the last 4 5 weeks there is an incredible smelly unsanitary fumigation odor in my apartment which needs to be cleaned out each day that I return the strong odor is not here when I am present yet when I return at night the entire apartment is covered in this terrible smelling sticking odor which is seeping from alternate roomsapartmentsnnWhen I brought these topics to the attention of the landlordmanager they had no way of resolving the maintenance problems which is a health problem and is an upsetting problem for anyone especially senior citizens animals and pets This assault affects the quality of life for all more ... hide ...
