Not bad but not great. Owner doesnt live locally so problems go unnoticed for long periods of time. Drug dealers were rampant here when I lived here and while the housing is separated into two buildings it WAS dominated by one family that rented out 3 separate units and just had massive parties made all sorts of noise for the area. Sounds great until you realize its 4 in the morning and the cops are constantly showing up to break stuff up.more ...hide ...

My grandmother and other tenants have been subjected to ageism and discrimination by these property owners. There have been no issues since my grandmother has been living there for over 5 years, until recently when a new property manager was hired. This individual has begun to do "inspections" and is demanding that tenants give up their pets, even though the past owners said that having animals was acceptable. Furthermore, the flowers planted by the tenants will be taken away and they are not allowed to plant any flowers in the future. All of the tenants are very upset but unable to do anything about it. I have tried numerous times to call the property manager, yet they do not answer. Owners, if you are reading this, you should be embarrassed of yourselves. These hobbies and beloved pets can bring joy to my grandmother's life at this elderly age. I cannot comprehend why so many changes have to be made. My only assumption is that these owners are aiming to sell the property or are looking for tenants who will pay a bigger rent.
