Scary Stinky Nasty I wouldnt pay 1 to live here

The updates here to the units with the new owners look great

I lived here for 2 years and it was by far the worst place that I ever lived There were multiple times where the water coming out of the faucets ran brown The apartments are not worth the rent being charged The other tenants are very loud much louder I lived here for 2 years and it was by far the worst place that I ever lived There were multiple times where the water coming out of the faucets ran brown The apartments are not worth the rent being charged The other tenants are very loud much louder than other apartment complexes that I have lived in There are off leash dogs and unsupervised children outside frequently More than once children came up to my patio door and pounded on it I had to make sure to keep it locked as I was worried they would open my door and let my dog out The landlady Tammy does not do her job and is far more concerned with the tenants that she is friends with and related to more ... hide ...
