Nicole is very nosy and always in your business and monitoring who you bring in and out of your house where you pay rent. Upon moving out false charges were put on my account for €œelectricity€ when I payed electricity through MGE and not through the building so how could I have electricity charges? Reached out to Nicole and stone house development about the false charges with no response from either. It€™s clear they€™re trying to put false charges on my account so it can get sent to collections and they can sabotage my rental history but I€™m currently in tune with a lawyer and tenant resource center :)more ...hide ...

Great design/layout of unit, staff very helpful, love roof garden area, community room, and fitness room, parking indoors, and convenient to downtown, only negative I would give is the lack of good soundproofing betweenGreat design/layout of unit, staff very helpful, love roof garden area, community room, and fitness room, parking indoors, and convenient to downtown, only negative I would give is the lack of good soundproofing between floors especially if you have \"noisy\" neighbors. Tenants, so far, all get along well with everyone. As to a comment regarding the noise in the neighborhood, the stadium is pretty good at keeping to cutoff time for events. Anyone moving in next door to a venue needs to expect to hear some \"noise\". I live facing the venue and have no complaint. The noise of the trains us something you get used to as Federal law requires the horn to be sounded 20 seconds before crossing in public access and downtown has a lot of streets to cross! Call me weird but I kind of like the mournful sound of the train at night.more ...hide ...
