2019-06-25T01:17:59ZWe have had a horrible experience at MurrayGlen Townhomes would highly suggest not renting there Stacy Sumwalt the Apartment Manager will do nothing for you once she signs you up for a lease Garry Bunz the Managing Member of MurrayGlen will lie ri We have had a horrible experience at MurrayGlen Townhomes would highly suggest not renting there Stacy Sumwalt the Apartment Manager will do nothing for you once she signs you up for a lease Garry Bunz the Managing Member of MurrayGlen will lie right to your face Starting February 22nd 2019 we noticed mold damage in our apartment We had to live in a hotel for several months During a meeting with Garry Bunz we were told all added expenses would be paid On June 14th 2019 we received a check for 18109 That was supposed to pay for damaged furniture that was moved during the construction by their employees higher food costs due to no kitchen for 3 of us and higher utility costs due to construction 3 of us lived in a 1 bedroom hotel and they wanted us to also pay rent for the apartment we couldnt live in due to the mold and construction We were told there were 18 apartments with mold damage due to leaking roofs They will also try to charge you extra for parking stalls after you get signed up Dogs bark nonstop through the paper thin walls DO NOT RENT AT MURRAYGLEN more ... hide ...
